Going Private?

Since I have realized that I don't want just anybody reading about my life and seeing pictures of my kids, I'm seriously thinking of making my blog private. Will it be too much of a hassle? I'm not sure--if you read this blog, please comment and let me know what you think?
Edited to add: I added a poll in the sidebar!

I just read your blog and since I am the only one that commented on you last post ,I must be the anybody that you dont want to read it or see pictures of your kids. Sorry you feel that way since I am your aunt. Its your perogative to do what ever you feel like you have to do but its really a shame that family cant be family.I hope that some day you dont regret how you feel.I made a move to try to get to know my neice and her family, but it works both ways.Do what you have to do.

Actually Peggy it's not you. But I figure if you found my blog, then my grandparents are reading it too. I have absolutely no problem with you reading and commenting--it's nice. But since my grandparents have completely ignored me for almost 8 years, I don't really want them to know anything about my life. They have chosen not to be a part of my life and I don't want them to see my kids or know anything about me. This was their choice! Can you understand?

I dont really know what happened between you and your grandparents but if that is your choice, I can understand it in a way. As far as I know your grandparents love you very much and the only reason they have stayed away is because they think that is what you want.I know my kids really would like to get to know their cousins and hopefully one day we will all be able to get together. If you go private maybe we can keep in touch through my blog. Your welcome to read it anytime. My life is not that exciting but its a way to keep in touch.Tell your mom I love her and that one of these days I would love to see you all.
